Aamnah's Indian Kitchen — Restaurant in New Forest

I'm going to go 3 stars on the review (halfway) and I'm going to be fair with it.

So us guys were working nights. We like to get a take away on a Friday. We decided Indian tonight.

After a bit of Google reviewing and research. This place seemed one of the more highly rated Indian takeaways.

So I took a cycle ride down to collect a menu. Very nice kitchen, everything is cooked right Infront of the customer in open view. The owner was very pleasant.

So we made an order for 4 People.

One rice was missing so the work colleague that ordered the korma had no rice. We ordered a chicken and a lamb biriyani. They was labelled up wrong, so I ended up with his chicken and he ended up with my lamb. We ordered 2 keema naans and 1 garlic naan. We ended up with 1 garlic, 1 plain and only 1 keema naan.

Everyone said the food was good. But it's a shame. Because we calculate our own bills before ordering takeaway. On this occasion. Some of our work colleagues have paid for dishes they have not received.

I think 3 star's is fair, because yeah it was a very nice meal on what...

The dish i picked this time was...chot poti, onion bhai, onion salad and mango suace! Another fantastic tasting meal from these guys! The food is clean, fresh, well prepared and presented, and just the right level of spice for that particular dish and when you eat from here you are always left with I slight tasty zing in your mouth, I know many Indian restaurants over town and I say the food from these guys are as good tasting quality as the few top indian restaurants in town, the only difference here is there is no bar and you have to take it home and eat it, truly colourful, full of favour, spice, clean, fresh food everytime at good prices, well this is my thoughts and i would recommend. Ordered from here because of reviews. Shaplas used to be our go to as always consistently tasty food before it was taken over. Been going to Asher and Lyndhurst since.. Just eaten our ordered food from here and unfortunately it was tateless. We don't like hot Currys but love the flavours. Ordered butter chicken, passanda and biriani. First 2 dishes were boring and tasteless and the biriani had nice rice but the veggy curry was tasteless. Such a shame, don't quite understand how these dishes are lacking so much flavour, maybe not the usual chef cooking -...
