Ok, so when we placed our order it was a bit of a to do to find out what dressings went with the salad, but an altogether friendly and professional staff got to the bottom of it and gave us the info we needed, it didnt end there, so my haddock and chips came, sadly it was over cooked, one of the supervisors was at the table next to us, I called her over and politely asked for it to be changed.
What happened next was the cause for the 5 star rating, the lady apologised and asked if I would let her put things right.
She brought me a completely fresh meal, apologised again, refunded the cost of my meal and gave me a voucher for free drinks for everyone in my party.
Now THAT is how you treat your customers, top customer service, best I have ever...

When they did acknowledge us it was like it was everybody’s first day and seemed to not know what to do. Read moreI love the museum, but Brabazon Cafe is genuinely depressing. I ate here yesterday and couldn't finish my Beef and Horseradish baguette. Imagine how bad things need to be to ruin a Beef and Horseradish sandwich!! I mean, it had NO TASTE - no Horseradish, no nothing. Even the bread was invisible. I could taste some cucumber.
Ok, it was the school holidays, but it wasn't that busy yet the queues were slow, and there's two different, ill-communicated queues - one for coffee and cold food, one for hot. The whole place feels a bit run-down TBH. And £17 for t sandwiches, 2 bags of crisps and 2 diet cokes - OUCH!
