Still no contact from Domino’s about my refund. I’ve completed the contact form on the main site and the URL provided below.

UPDATE 1 - 22/04/25. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It’s been nearly a week since responding to Dominos message on here and nothing has been actioned, no communication, no response. What’s the point in having a complaints URL if you don’t do anything with it! £2.99 still owed and my stubbornness of never using Dominos ever again increases. Yes it’s only £2.99, but it’s the principle, these large corporate companies have a higher responsibility to do the right thing. In a world where customer loyalty is crucial more than ever for a business to succeed, this really is poor business management.

Until this is rectified I will keep updating this review.

ORDER DATE - 15/04/25 Until tonight I was a loyal customer to Dominos. You blame me for the website not processing the order correctly and only placing a 2.99 delivery charge.

I wait 1.5hr with no delivery, call to find out there has been an error on the system, blame me for said error!! and then offer nothing to rectify the situation.

Not sure how I can place just a 2.99 order for a delivery.

Anyway, will take my custom to Rocco's.

This place is an utter joke! Twice iv had food not turn up when iv ordered it, iv also had food turn up and its been half eaten and all u get is oh sorry we must have sent out the box we use to eat from, then have to wait a further hour for it to turn up properly after already waiting an hour, It takes me 4 attempts for them to even answer the phone to place an order, And when they finally do actually take my order it then takes 4 attempts to take my card details correctly!! The service is terrible and some of the workers are rude! Got told tonight I can't have coleslaw as a side because their system doesn't allow it on the family bundle yet I always get that and it says online u can! Very poor manner over the phone to me also! The last 2 times we have ordered the food has been burned or barely any toppings.. Someone seriously needs to have a look at this hythe branch because its being run by a bunch of untrained and unprofessional...

Nothing like a warm tasty pizza to treat yourself to. Whenever I feel like a treat dominos is always my go to, I have struggled to use the app as I am not the best with technology so have resulted to ringing up the store. Almost every time I call the phone is picked up by a delightful young lady who ensures that I have the best offer available and treats me like a human being not just a customer. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with my order the cashier always ensures that I am fully satisfied and the issue is resolved. A few times I have had my wife pick up the order in store and she has been treated with a smiling friendly face. The little things go alone way! The customer service at domino’s is like no other fast food place and the pizzas are delicious. I will be ordering...
