Sadly unless you are a friends with the manager you will not be welcomed. I felt very uncomfortable when I walked in here for a quiet drink with my brother who lives in Totton. Staff and other guests looked at us like we were aliens! We had one drink and left swiftly. The choice of alcohol gives it an extra star but the inside area is tiny and you feel on top of everyone. What a wonderful Bar SO40 is, Godfrey and his team work so hard to make everyone welcome with great customer service they go above and beyond for everybody.We had the sharing box for dinner after watching the football. Godfrey and team served our 62 Southern Water and Zest staff on Thurs 21st March 24 from midday - 18.00. Fabulous quality food and drink, quantity more than enough to ensure a huge 9.7 satisfaction rating from stall holders at the event.
