Greggs — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

I visited this store in kingston park and while waiting in queue a member of staff was putting out sweet mince pies on shelf in middle of shop and when she was going back to get more there was a member of staff who I would guess was the manager and she said to the other staff in a harsh manner “HAVE YOU SEEN THE MESS YOU HAVE MADE ON THAT BENCH ,I was shocked at this and the member of staff seemed sheepish afterwards , this was uncalled for in front of members of the public and it’s classed as bullying the way she went about it , i would advise you stick the said manager on a course of how to treat people , A very...

Kingston Park Gregg's.....lady was pleasant enough. Wanted a soup and savoury. They had soup for starters......yeay!!! They had the pastie I wanted.....double yeay!! Hang on. The soup is what?? Cold?? (This is 1.20ish in the afternoon) Me: "Can you heat it up for me please"? Her: No sorry. But you can take it and heat it in the microwave....... Me: But I don't have a microwave in the car......😳 I could have bought it and had it cold I suppose...... but......it's meant to be hot soup.....so a lonely cold cheese pastie it...

Been coming to this Gregg's for about 4 + years now with my dog. It's a great place to stop and have a coffee when we are out on his walk. I have a nice hot coffee he has his sausage roll. Think my dog even loves coming her as he pulls me to the door. All staff past and present are great always happy and friendly. Shelves are always full and if by chance they don't have the sandwich you want. There always willing to make one up for you. 10/10....
