Thoroughly enjoyed eating at Bana's, the lady who served me my food was humbly accomodating and welcoming and I felt like I experienced authentic Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine. I've watched people travel to these parts and eat this kind of food so to experience it myself was very rewarding. I had the vegetarian platter, which consisted of a local bread and then 5 sizable meals placed on top of the bread. If you go to many countries is is customary to eat food with your hands, which made this overall experience even more authentic and in my opinion adds to the flavour of the food. Delicious food with a great range of very reasonably priced vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes. The helpful owner will explain the different dishes to you, which are cooked fresh from organic ingredients. The decor is tradition as is the music.
