Don’t bother ordering from here through Uber or Deliveroo. The staff won’t contact you to ask if you have allergens before putting any old random substitute they have left in your order if they are out of stock of what you actually asked for. It’s standard practice to refund items that are not in stock, not give a substitute to the customer and leave a note on the substitute. We ordered 2 Mac and cheese meal deals, only a drink turned up. Of course the above mentioned replacements we couldn’t eat anyway because of allergies. The note on the food felt more like a kick in the teeth than an apology. Been to this branch a few times and they’re never busy so I don’t understand how a phone call can’t be given to your customers instead of writing on the packaging of the food felt like lazy...
