Domino's Pizza - Downpatrick — Restaurant in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council

Not sure what happened to this place, because they used to be great. But will never buy from them again!

In a one month period, they messed up all 3 orders we made - either by missing things off or sending us the wrong thing..

On the last time, when we had to call them to point out that once again they had delivered the wrong item, they said they'd send the right one. Over 30mins before they finally turned up (so we weren't able to eat together) and just before the delivery guy left I checked it - and wrong again!

They had one item to get right and messed it up. By that time it was super late, so we just sent that wrong item back and rang to explain the situation.

In fairness, the manager was apologetic and very polite, however, his solution was a credit on our next order. We explained we have no interest ordering again because they are always getting things wrongs. He agreed we would get our refund for the incorrect item.

The refund never turned up on our card! Don't waste...

I would not order a takeaway never mind work there with the staff the way they treat their colleagues is a disgrace when someone brings something to your attention your supposed to deal with it not be too faced people and take the other side completely ridiculous if you ask me. They say their there for their colleagues but in fact their not no wonder loads of people leave the job. They don't care about the contracts they set out they just make their own rules to suit themselves

I would avoid with all costs

Food took an hour and a half to arrive. When I phoned them an hour in they said it was on quality check which i had seen on the app but it had been on quality check longer than it took prepping and baking they said not to worry it hasnt been sitting out getting cold but it also had to go in the oven? They also did say they only had 1 delivery driver. However when the food arrived late it was cold. Was obviously sitting out the whole time. Poor...
