Shocking service absolutely would not recommend. Ordered through Just Eat as we had previously done and had received telephone calls on these occasions asking for directions and to be told delivery charge would be higher due to being a little further away from them. (We are 3.5miles from this place). Waiting over 1.5hours after the tracking updates said food was on the way to ring and check a time for delivery. Spoke to an incredibly rude manager who said it wasn't her problem, claimed she had cancelled the order because we were too far away (even though we told her the tracking updates said different). Asked if on this one occasion since we had already paid for the order that they could honour it and we would pay the extra delivery on arrival as we had been asked to do previously. More or less laughed down the phone and told us no way, and told us it was up to us to sort a refund with Just Eat. We went to this wee place on our travels, and when we went in and were greeted by our server. We sat down and looked at the menu. He asked me what i wanted to drink, and i said a coke , and he left without asking my friend what they wanted. He came back, and i said you never asked my friend if he wanted a drink ! the foods good, my go to chinese. only gotten delivery a few times and last two times rang up and asked for them to ring when outside and specifically not to knock as there’s a baby in the house and the last time they woke her up by knocking after being asked to. i explained this today when rang up and provided a number and said i would keep an eye out for them, even after telling them the delivery driver still got straight out of the car and knocked on the door, literally ran after him and said i asked not to knock and he did apologise but i think the service could be improved, worked in a chinese before and...
