I asked for a chicken doner wrap (the carved chicken) , watched them cook the chicken doner and take it out the back at this point the guy gives me chicken shish wrap which I didn't ask for.. I said is that wrap for me and he said "yes boss" which I said that's not what I ordered. All I got back was "it's basically same chicken, you'll love this boss" He then grabbed a dirty tea towel which was black as they had been using to clean the fryer with the SAME tongs he then shuffled my chicken around with on the grill! Also I counted 6 just eat orders just sat in the window waiting for collection from their driver.. Anyway, I've been on the toilet since sooooo yeah? It's a shame bcos when they're good they're really good but what I seen tonight I cannot eat from there again

On a positive note staff were friendly, maybe just over busy but...

Just had a stone cold wrap and chicken sandwich from here, collected the food and only takes 2 mins to drive home in that time it should not have been like that, rang up and was greeted with awful customer service basically arguing that the chicken was cooked 10 mins before, this being rubbish as I was sat waiting for 15 mins and the strips were taken from the supposed hot cabinet that they were in when I first got there, and sarcastically told to enjoy our meal! Think they were shocked when my husband went down and gave them back their cold food. They did cook us fresh which took less time to wait for than it did first time round so maybe have a think about cooking fresh to order.... you may start getting better...

I’ve Ordered Chico’s from just eat, been hour since I made the payment, so I decided to ring up to see how longs going to be, “women replied it’s just left”. I have been waiting around for another half hour, I got a text from them saying hope you enjoyed you meal, so I rang up again a man answered and told me it won’t be long I’m fed up never gonna spend a penny there again...
