I popped in after getting off the train and as I was waiting for my order I noticed that the girl behind the coffee bar was being very awful to the young girl who was doing all the cleaning and tidying. I didn’t hear the conversation in full, but I could see the young girls face and she looked really hurt. For someone who works in hospitality you never want to be mean or even bully your coworkers as it makes the whole environment so unfriendly and so unwelcoming. I really hope the young girl is okay and that the girl who was working behind the coffee bar gets a stern talking too, as someone needs to show her what it’s like to be bullied.    Read moreRecently gone down the pan as far as service and product is concerned. Lipstick on cup today and asked if I would like a fresh one. Did they really think I would drink out of a dirty cup? Dirty tables not cleared, unsmiling unhelpfull staff. Food no longer delivered to the tables. Won't be goin there again....wonder what happened to the store we had a couple of years ago. No longer a nice experience. Oh yes...the barista couldnt keep up with the drinks orders today... So ages to wait for coffee! Shabby service! Dreadful staff....wake up Whitbread! Even a greasy spoon outlet serves food...

It's got the friendliest staff, it's air-conditioned and very spacious, it's usually not as busy, the service is fast, there's a large car park with free parking, and there's outdoor seating.
