Costa Coffee — Restaurant in North East Derbyshire

Well very much appreciated for the wrong coffee that I was given ... Never had issues to be fair, I went on the drive thru and even tho that I've repeated myself 3x in regards to the coffee that I wanted they gave me the wrong flavour ... Friendly staff. Was busy rnough for it to have some atmosphere but not too busy that there was nowhere to sit or you had to wait ages to be served. Disappointed there weren't more 'sofa' areas to sit at - just one right in the corner next to the til. Convenient and plenty of parking, right next to MacDonalds and Home Bargains (I prefer the latter!). What can you say - the coffee tastes as good as Costa usually tastes. From the outside of the shop, there was rubbish all over the floor and tables - really off putting as you’re walking in.

Once inside, some of the tables were covered with old cups and litter. Staff don’t seem to want to clear the cups away?!

Cutlery provided with the breakfast wrap was disgusting! Had to clean ourselves.

Then again, the chai latte I ordered was very nice and hot! Same for the wrap! Just a shame about dirty china/cutlery and lack of...
