We use this cafe regularly, usually service is good . Today was very disappointing. When I reach till ordered my coffees and some snacks. Paid for it and waited. There was no greeting or smile . Barista brought our drinks on a takeaway cups . When I said we wanted have it here only to be told that dishwasher was broken hence paper cups. Snacks were served in paper bag with no cutlery on offer . When I said I should be informed before order was taking she just looked at me and walked away . Located inside Tesco Baldock, is this very, (yes, I'll say it), "charming" and spacious Costa Coffee, my first visit to this one, and of all the supermarket Costa's this is definitely one of the better ones, The staff are very friendly and very welcoming, There are plenty of cosy armchairs to chill out in and plenty of practical tables and chairs for that family visit, It's definitely worth a visit.
