Went to the drive through for a happy meal, big tasty and chicken legend. The first girl who took our order and who was at the pay window, sounded depressed and certainly unwelcoming, the next part probably explains why she hates her job. The next window was the service window where we sat for two minutes before being told to move the the end window. Now I started timing, every time I've been told to sit here I wait for a minimum of 10 minutes and then get turned away with part of or the wrong order altogether. This time was no different. We waited 12 minutes then we knocked out he window only to get looked at and ignored. So we knocked again. We got looked at and ignored. This time i opened the window and shouted 'hello' then a girl came over and said ''can I help you?' so my partner replied 'yes where the hell is the food?' the girl had no idea there was someone sitting here. She went off for another two minutes handed us two bags then said ''sorry for that's and closed the window. I then realised the happy meal was missing. So we opened the window again, instantly before we could even speak, a Ziggy Stardust lookalike, the woman with pink hair claiming to be a manager, came along screaming and shouting that we had broken her window and for us to drive off and forget our food that we are not welcome back. Now. At this point I'm just furious. I went to mcdonalds for a quick bite. Not wait for 20 minutes and have a nut case shout at me. I started to argue back saying 'all I want is the happy meal I've ordered it's taken you 15 minutes to give me the order and now I'm still here waiting' all she kept going on about is how the window was broken , which it was not, but I also pointed out the her window had also been previously damaged by the looks of all the scratches along the window so don't blame me. I decided to get out of the car and got to the previous window to just ask for the happy meal as I was getting nowhere with the pink haired manager who doesn't know how to iron. As I got there, there was another manager packing chips. So as I went to ask her, crazy pink haired girl came over screaming and shouting yet again telling them not to give me the happy meal and for me to leave immediately, THEN started claiming I was swearing and had commited criminal damage. I was mortified as there was another car behind me at the window. I apologised and just asked for the happy meal which the other manager (serving chips) passed over. I went back to the car happy to just get out of there. Only to find ANOTHER manager, a male this time, to be talking to my partner who said the window was not broken and was sorry for the ridiculous wait. In his words '' don't know why you had to wait so long'. Nor did we to be quite frank. This isn't the first bad experience, previous include, hot chocolate served instead of toffee latte, cheese burger instead of 99p chicken mayo, fish fingers instead of chicken nuggets and driving around again because half the order is missing.
Please get in order who the manager is.
Please get come customer training for the staff.
Please put a bell on the window so people don't get accused of breaking the window when it is opened.

Over few weeks this macdonalds closes uber eat delivery tab and I can't put any order through over eat apps because macdonalds closed uber eats app without any reason and why? Today is 29th May,22. The uber eats app was closed from 5pm to now 8:30pm stil it is closed and why?.But I can see clearly macdonalds worker are freely gossiping and moving and enjoying in work. Then I started to ask all uber delivery drivers around 7 uber drivers they replied that" they came from luton, hitchin and some other far places for doing uber eats delivery job but macdonalds closes uber eats apps and every drivers have been waiting to receive order but unfortunately macdonalds closes uber eats apps. Also uber delivery driver said "they most of time macdonalds closes uber tab apps without notify or notice them" It's so sad for uber eats drivers and it is their job and from their earning they has to cover very expensive food insurance cost, fuel costs, has contribute to pay tax, vehicle running expense and everythings. Most of drivers said it is their job and from this earning they has to run their family" so my skeleton argue that If Macdonalds suddenly close uber eats app then drivers lose their earn and expenses. Macdonalds should notify all uber eats delivery drivers regarding their closing uber eats app before closing uber eats app. Because macdonalds has been earning money through uber eats and uber eats delivery drivers. But i think, uber delivery drivers are not getting good treat or respect from macdonalds. Please treat them nicely and they are part of your gaining business. Realy i am feeling so sad and pathetic for uber eats drivers. It has not been happening one time and it had been happening so many times like this. So I'm humble requesting upper possition management team to see the matter...

Went throught the drive through ordered 2 spicy chicken burger meals 1 3 piece chicken select meal 1 vegi deluxe meal no mayonnaise
Order the food, paid for the food and was asked to park in bay 2. Waitied 10 minutes for food to come out. Said to bloke who brought food out i wanted to check before he went. The vegi deluxe burger had mayonnaise in so we told him straight away while he was there. He said that was fine and took the burger for a replacement, 5 minutes later a diffrent bloke appears holding a vegi deluxe, he asks for our receipt, pass this to him thinking it was prove the burger was going to the right car, turns out his holding the same vegi deluxe we had sent back. He looks at the receipt and says that's fine and walks of to replace it. Another 5 minutes later and yet another bloke appears asking If we was asked if our order was correct on the screen. We said yes and he said well the screen didn't say no mayonnaise so went to pass me back the burger with the mayonnaise in. I asked him if this was a joke, he said no we have people trying it for free food all the time. I said are you serious, I don't want the burger you are holding. I don't want it back, I want a vegi deluxe with no mayonnaise which iv ordered and paid for. He didn't get my point at all. Yes I see my order on thr screen. But to be honest I glanced over it, there is no way I was after free food. I just wanted what we had ordered. I asked the bloke can I speak to the manager, he said he was. I must say absolutely disgusting attitude. I always go to letchworth rather than stevenage as find it better but I won't be now. Awful...
