No wonder this place has such bad review and only 3.6 Walked in just after 9:00, placed my order and noticed there were a fair number of staff behind the counter chatting away whilst getting the orders ready. I was handed my order by a nice lady, then turned around to find a place to sit. I literally had to walk around the whole place to find ONE table that wasn't filtry dirty, with scumbs, cheese and other remains of someone else's breakfast on it. The floor under the table was also dirty. I mentioned it to another lady who looked like a manager and she replied "Yeah, someone will be coming to clean" pointing at a little cupboard where they keep table sprays... and didn't even apologise. It's now 9:25 as I'm leaving and the tables gave still not been touched and I can see other members of the team standing and chatting... When I was a manager at a food chain, when a customer mentioned a dirty table, I'd grab a spray myself and clean it for them immediately and appologise. Obviously at this McDonalds the managers are too important to do it.
Also my porrrige was only lukewarm.

   Read moreWent to this McDonaldâs on the 18/09/2024, I arrived 1 hour prior to the closing time as listed on both the McDonaldâs app and Google. I parked up and clicked collect on my order as I ordered on the my McDonaldâs app, I go to collect my food having been allowed to order. To be told it was closed with everything turned off and the doors shut with no signs to inform me the â restaurantâ was closed. I arrived again on the 19/09/2024 at 22:10 assuming this was a one off event, however I go to order and do so on the screens this time, and collect my order, a few people were sat down and assumed Iâd be able to eat my meal I collected INSIDE, to be told the tables were closed. I understand closing off a section to enable a quicker clean down process but if you are open until 23:00 you must be able to honour people eating before this time, if not you should change your closing time and stop being lazy trying to finish a shift early. The attitude from the two ladies with the âcrew trainerâ badges absolutely had no ounce of customer service, and if these people are the trainers itâs no wonder this...
   Read moreThe staff are rude, very unprofessional, not proactive , and unwelcoming. Standards have severely dropped. Food always cold. Drinks not carbonated correctly. Fries always stale and cold. Basic levels of customer service are sub standard. No hellos, no goodbyes. Que times are very long. Normally having to wait over 10 minutes from the order being placed to reviewing my food. Management appear to be standing around with no clue to how long food takes to be given to customers or how long cues are that back out to the main road causing traffic during peak times. There is no leader ship within the restaurant or shown by Management. I understand and agree with employing young staff, but basic training in customer service is seriously needed in this store. This has been ongoing for a few years and I feel something needs to be addressed. I am not one to complain but sub standard food quality and general customer service skills on a constant basis are the basics.
