Absolutely cracking pizza, each bite was a harmonious blend of simplicity and perfection !!

Sam's pizza definitely produce a quality artisan pizza using the freshest top-notch ingredients which is baked to perfection. There's a crispy charred crust, creamy mozzarella, good variety of topping choices for all ages including older grown-ups which are bursting with flavour and each good sized pizza comes generously loaded - what more could you ask for !!

Sam's Pizza make very very good pizza.

After years of playing hide and seek around Hitchin as a pop-up restaurant, it has a home and we would recommend you visit.

Sam's Pizza make authentic Neopolitan and just like in Naples the experience is all about the pizza. It is an eating experience not a dining experience, the plastic plates, cans of drink and mixed furniture dont matter as the pizza and the owners passion for making it, more than makes up for it.

My Neopolitan partner is hard to impress when it comes to pizza, but she gives it five stars. It's a small menu, but there is no need to go past the margherita - it's fantastic.

We used Sam's Pizza for our work christmas takeaway dinner and they were fantastic! Danny, the owner, who I had been emailing regarding our (quite hefty!) order, has been fabulous, informative and super helpful, and our large order of pizza was delcious! A lot of us went for the christmas special which was sooo good - pancetta, sage & onion, and lovely drizzles of a mulled wine sauce. There was a slight mix up with how many pizzas we ordered but they were amazing and hand delivered an additional pizza to us, and we all agreed how good the pizza was - you can taste the real authentic italian taste and high quality ingredients!
