KFC Sleaford - Holdingham Roundabout — Restaurant in North Kesteven

I visited this KFC a little while ago a few times and those are some of the worst experiences I have had in a fast food restaurant ever. The staff are so loud and boisterous, playing loud music late at night over the radio they also have playing, due to the constant noise and the employees shouting at eachother I can barely hear myself think. On top of that they were extremely rude and unfriendly. It the seems like this establishment is run by a bunch of unruly, childish teenagers and management seem to not want to or care to deal with these hooligans. The wait times are very long even when it is quiet it can take 30 minutes to get your order. The restaurant is also not kept clean by the looks of things, there was always leftover wrappers and food on most of the tables. When the employees do decide to do their job instead of chatting away to colleagues they seem to change the bin or spot clean the toilet, not wash their hands and then handle the food which is absolutely vile. The toilets are in need of a good clean and are filthy. The staff also have no qualms about just eating the food and not washing their hands, I saw an employee eating chips from the fryer on one occasion and just laughing about it with one of their friends. Got our KFC order delivered today Right order on receipt details on bag food inside totally wrong a zinger burger meal a boneless banquet two extra chicken A Pepsi and a tango is what ordered and on receipt They sent a rice box meal and 4 extra chicken 1 water 1 Pepsi 2 gravy Rang store assistant claimed it was the driver at fault ! She Offered no assistance was very rude I asked for a manager to talk to the assistant went quiet then started say it was not their fault it was driver I asked again for a manager she said no I’m the manager. Went to Sleaford KFC and ordered some food, was told to wait in one of the bays and when the food came out which we waited 35 minutes for, was Luke warm and when we went into the store we told a member of staff who got their manager and the manager was unprofessional, abrupt and need to have more training in customer service. She took our food and and said she will re-do it now and I asked how long it would be she just walked off. We waited another 10 minutes and when asked for a refund as I could not wait any longer has I had a late shift to get to and I was 25 mins away from home. The food came out and she only re- did part the order which I only realised when we stopped the bit I checked was hot but when I stopped to eat the food most of it was still Luke warm so I ended up having to eat what I could and wasted my money and food.
