Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in North Kesteven

Food arrived stone cold, driver was carrying them on the sides which had they been hot the toppings would have slid off. Parts order missing, on ringing I was told no driver available and couldn't refund for the missing items but could note for next order. I said I doubt we would be ordering again and would rather have a refund which apparently isn't possible even though that goes against the consumer rights act. However eventually agreed to bring missing food out it arrived 3 hours later and was also stone cold. Worse pizza and experience we've ever had. Won't be back and highly recommend to others to avoid!
