Monzu — Restaurant in North Norfolk

Monzu is an incredibly professional pizza food truck offering wood fired pizzas, they're available for hire privately or can be found at a number of different sites around Norfolk, check out their Instagram for their upcoming locations (insta @monzuwoodfiredpizza)

Food - Their pizza's are amazing, like top notch, they offer a number of different toppings, super fresh, high quality ingredients, hand made dough and all cooked in this really awesome pizza oven stoked with silver birch for a really subtle smokey flavour (I'm a pizza snob aha) They stock a range of high quality drinks from paisley drinks co, super clean sparkling drinks.

Service - I found them super personable and professional, the pizzas are made fresh to order and come out super fast, bubbling cheese, sprinkled with fresh herbs and cut in a personal size pizza box. I had a chat while it was cooking and like I say, super friendly, well dressed. Really can't fault them at all. Order ahead to avoid disappointment.

Atmosphere - Monzu is literally THE MOST aesthetically pleasing food truck I have ever seen, copper backed work area, immaculate huge pizza open with a view inside of the open fire, the team inside are well dressed and the van itself is immaculate. As I said higher up they're available to hire for weddings and events and they would 100% fit the bill for that. A+

Accessibility - It's a high counter but I have zero doubts that the guys inside would be more than happy to...

Hired Monzu for a wedding, opting for the service where people order as they are ready rather than them bringing out pizzas onto a table. They started cooking all of the pizzas (no idea where the van even was), then just left them all round the back of the venue on a table to get cold. Bride and groom not even aware of where they were. Someone eventually spotted the pizzas after an hour or so and moved the table to near the venue doors where everyone would be able to find the pizzas (which then did actually start to get eaten), at which point monzu seemingly took the table back, moving all the pizzas onto another table, then just left without a word. They were there until probably 7.30pm despite us asking for service between 6pm and 10pm-ish....

We have received so many comments complimenting the pizza from our wedding! Everyone absolutely loved it!

One of the bridesmaids took a few boxes at the end of the night to ensure she has breakfast the next day!

We massively appreciate the service and quality they offered and would recommend Monzu to all of our friends, family...
