Domino's Pizza - Newcastle - North Shields — Restaurant in North Tyneside

Got a family deal for my sons 10th birthday. We rang before to confirm 50% nhs discount, told this was the case. £39.99 meal deal..... I was given £3.87 off. When I asked the staff I was told that was correct. Spoke with a manager on the phone and was informed that this was correct and that discounts aren't offered on meal deals as the meal deals are for the general.public to access discounts. I told the manager it isn't documented anywhere and the staff didn't tell my wife when she ordered. He offered a free pizza next time I order which was an insult. Worse still the pizzas were sparse, dry and cold, so utter crap and not worth 1/3 of the charge. I had to put extra food in the oven afterwards as 2 x13" pizzas and 2 sides barely offered enough for us. Absolutely awful and spoiled...

I haven't been to dominoes in years. I was pressed for time and ended up at this one. Once again I really don't feel like I was getting value for money. I always feel like it's a hit when getting food at Dominoes.

While I was there I watched the interactions with other patron's and the female before me that must have waited longer than I ...and it was a fair wait...25 minutes ..was told her food had gone off with another driver.

The veggie options are dire as well. We live in an age of such abundance but when it comes to veggie options ...we are still in the 80s with basic options.

Phoned my order in to collect an hour later, when I arrived to collect it I was told it was in the oven. About 15 minutes later I asked again about my order, it had disappeared and then they couldn’t find my original order. Is is the 3rd time that this has happened, I then asked for my money back so that I could leave but they tried always to get me to stay. I told them that I was already late and that the pizzas were for my grandchildren, I eventually got my money back along with a free pizza which was no good to me as it had meat on it. I tried to complain to customer services, twice and still no acknowledgement from them to...
