Burger King — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

Service was poor, it was 8pm so no one was there I done an order at the kiosk and one at the till for Xtra hot chicken fries.

The guy sorted my food out from the kiosk order then he had served another lady her food and sorted the Uber driver out, the chicken fries were sat there the whole time…

I could see them so I said to him, could I have my chicken fries please mate, he told me they’d be a few minutes, anyway a few minutes go by and he gives me the chicken fries that have been sat there the whole time😑

I wasn’t rude to him, I had no need to be from the get go but why he was like that to me I’ll never know absolute 🔔🔚 the meal was fine but he chips must’ve been double salted.

FYI he was the larger guy with greasy hair and glasses. Shocking that it’s the only one in Tamworth and not to mention its service prices and they...

I stopped by Burger King for a quick lunch, and I have to give a big shoutout to Karen, who made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome.

She was patient while I looked over the menu and even offered helpful suggestions when I couldn’t decide between the Whopper and the Chicken Royale. She got my order exactly right and made sure everything was hot and fresh before handing it over. It’s the little things that make a big difference—Karen even double-checked the bag to make sure I had napkins, ketchup, and a straw.

Came here for my evening meal as I was stopping in the services for the night. I was served by Kieron who was polite and friendly from the off. I asked him a thing or two about the items available on the menu and he answered my queries straight away. I asked for something that was off the menu, and he said it was possible - he just had to modify the order a bit (slight more cost involved, but nothing to grumble over). He and his team (Lou and Dylan) made my order in quick sharp time - even though it was quite busy. I was impressed with the service, which from a fast food chain is hard to find these days, so I asked him for the other team member names so I could write this review. No pictures tho, as I'm sure you all know what a burger looks like....
