Purposely make an 18 mile round trip as this is the best Costa for miles around. What a great, friendly, happy and attractive team, too. They genuinely love working there such that they leave, then come back, and you'll regularly see them there on their days off. True service with a smile... Example; visited with the Mother-in-Law who is ridiculously, annoyingly fussy (to the point where she could easily be found lifeless at the bottom of the stairs surrounded by marbles). First, the sandwich she ordered she asked to be taken back and cut into fours, then when that was brought back she asked for more milk. Not a sign of a scowl or gritted teeth from the staff member, just a happy-to-help smile (clearly, they don't know her as well as I do!) Nothing seems to be too much...
Read moreI dont really go to Costa often...although do love the festive drinks at Costa, my favourite is the black forest hot chocolate, and my daughter loves the mango cooler (which I think tastes like a solero) its lovely...im not a fan of their cakes, they always look good, but I'm always dissapointed....they tend to be dry, even when it's early and they should be fresh.
