Pinocchio Pizzas — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

Having never ordered from Pinocchio pizza before, we took a chance. Ordered online at 17:40. 18:00 get a call saying that they've ever delivered to my address before so asked if I could I collect (what a ridiculous excuse). I couldn't drive due to having a few beers. I said to just cancel the order. Bloke on the phone said he'll try the driver again (as he was short staffed as "2 drivers had broken down...") and call me back. 18:35 after no call, I called Pinocchio asking for an update: "Yeah sorry mate" "Sorry? Have you cancelled it then?" "Yeah"

The worst thing about this is that according to Google maps, I live 5 minutes up the A5. It's near enough a straight line! I was also going to pay £2.50 for delivery.

I shan't be trying this place again. Very bitter taste left in my mouth...

Just purchased a bbq pizza like I have done on numerous occasions which I always add plain chicken to. However did the same tonight and got chicken tikka on it instead. Called to say this is not what I have and was told I should specify which chicken I want as they put tikka on it now..I did specify chicken which should be plain, there was no where that states this is no plain.. No apology, no refund and no replacement. Chips are also bruised throughout.. So much for customer service hey.. Shall not be going there...

made an order for 2 mixed kebabs in naan bread had chicken meat in pitta bread also ordered spaghetti carbanara got sent spag bol which i dont like i will be taking this further to trading standards as there not making the correct orders. and when i go to complain about the order being wrong they ban us from the shop no customer services what so ever and not polite when they dont like the bad...
