Where to start - its freezing. if your food comes out warm (which would make you a very lucky person) it will be cold in minutes because they never seen to have the heating on. Whilst some of the staff are lovely, others are rude to the point of snapping at you half way through giving them your food order. Then comes the food - but not all of it! we ordered 5 meals - 3 turned up. We asked a couple of times over the next 20 minutes if the other ones would be out soon, to be told they will check, possibly, and then ignored all of the other times, whilst watching the exact meals we were missing being delivered to 9 other tables. Was it busy and the staff were over loaded? There were 10 tables - 3 by the time the kids had finished eating. Even when I was at the till receiving the refund, no one said a word about what had happened to our missing meals. Now comes the fun bit.... 10 days for a refund to go back to your bank account. It is what it is. Your paying to eat nice food to eat out right? nope! I asked the staff how things were cooked and they said they either deep fry or microwave everything!

Just been up for a three course xmas dinner (disgusting) the soup was tasty but came almost cold the dinner all the vegetables were inedible the and you could use as golf balls that hard and undercooked the parsnips you could use as a door wedge again hard the carrots the same the turkey was processed the stuffing balls not good but the yorkshire pudding and gravy wasn't bad at all but again nearly cold then the xmas pudding was very small and hard to cut and custard skinned over again cold and they were all brought together on the tray instead of being brought separately when I finished 1 course at a time overall very disappointing the service not very good when it was brought all together I said I wad surprised all I got back was a mutter and there was hardly any customer's in so it wasn't as though they were rushed ,I would have like to see one of them try to eat some of it and see what they would have said especially if they are supposed to check the food is edible before sending out really gone down hill as ...

First occasion visiting I asked for a panini with just cheese and tuna, was told at the till that's fine. Food came and it had onion on, told a server it was wrong and was told by a rather rude lady working there that they dont serve just cheese and tuna it comes as a "tuna crunch" -but they'd check if they had enough tuna to remake it just this once. Was annoyed as I'd asked at the till and was told it was fine, but then told they dont do it. Second visit thought I'd try again, ordered the salmon pasta. After sitting down a server came to the table and told me I couldn't have that as they had none left (so why wasnt it taken off their machine sooner??) and I was to order something else, put on the spot I reluctantly chose mac and cheese. Then had to ask for our money back for the difference in price (had already paid for the salmon), was not offered this! Food then came without my side order of chips, had to ask for them also. Mac and cheese was tasteless so barely ate it. Would not...
