Subway — Restaurant in North West Leicestershire

Honestly, the worst food experience I've ever had. The two girls working didn't look like they had a care in the slightest for the satisfaction of the customers and it showed in the way the that counters were presented. Given the fact that I was the only person in there (I can see why), you'd think they'd take time to at least remove rubbish from the surfaces where they were preparing food and/or wipe up spilled sauces. They had barely any stock, which I understand isn't the fault of the girls working, and the way the sandwich was made was as if they wanted it to taste bad. I would never go again and in fact I would tell people to stay away as looking around I genuinely couldn't tell the last time that anything had been...

Appalling service! Both stood with bk to counter gassing - oblivious to my presence. When she eventually turned around she asked what I wanted and then proceeded to continue the conversation with her colleague whilst expecting me to wait for her to finish talking. Stood waiting far too long! Just completely and utterly ignorant! This isn't the first time I've experienced this here, I've had to bellow towards their backroom countless times because they are stood gassing in there and not monitoring the counter! Don't think I'm likely to give them any more...

We arrived at subway at 7.20. Most of the salad had been put away and they had already just the closing procedure. We couldnt even have a coffee because they had put it in cleaning mode. It says on google it doesnt close till 9pm so dont think this is very acceptable. Dont think it would even be acceptable if closing at 8pm.
