Air Artisan Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

This was our 3rd time at Air and I have to say its gotten progressively worse each time. The first time we went in 2024 and everything was fine. 2nd time a few months ago, service was fine but food was just ok. Today for fathers day was a shambles, we waited 20 odd minutes before any order was even taken including a drink order, we then had our starter in front of us before we had our drinks. I had to ask for the drinks again. Then we waited a long time again for our starters to be taken away, I again had to tell waiting staff that we were finished and ready for mains. Mains arrived and we had no cutlery to eat with. Asked for another drink for my child and again it was forgotten about and I had to ask again. Food was bland and greasy, my child wouldnt even eat his pizza. We ended up leaving without dessert as by this point we'd been sat for almost 2 hours. Honestly the worst customer service weve had for a long time. Safe to say the 3rd time was...

if you go here please don't think that this is what Italian food tastes like. I should have known how bad it was going to be when I tasted my calamari. Not crisp in anyway.. They tasted just this side of eelastic bands, Yuk!! It was replaced with Brunette, which was basicly garlic bread with chopped skinned tomatoes on top. Unfortunately the main courses were no better. My beef tagliatelle was a creamy mess. My wifes meal apparently had olives and capers, she could taste any. The staff were brilliant and very attentive,. Our meal came to £85!!!! If we didn't have a voucher which we had to use I wouldn't have paid a penny!! In these times of the Cost of Living Crisis, it was an absolute waste of money. I advise anyone to try that other establishment not too far...

Went here last Friday night 21st June 2024 and had a really bad customer experience. Took a long time to take our food order. They then mixed up my food order and took 3 attempts to "correct" it over a very protracted period of time. This meant that I was still waiting on my meal when everyone else had nearly finished theirs. They failed to recognize that there was a major problem when I spoke to them and were quite offhand when I spoke with them. I eventually got an "apology" from the waitress on the 3rd delivery of my meal. Highly unsatisfactory. No offer of a reduction re meal cost or a goodwill gesture of any kind by the management. Definitely will not be returning to this...
