Apache Pizza Derry/Londonderry (Waterside) — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Hi , I was met by a horrible/ nasty and very disrespectful delivery driver , I’ve ordered plenty of times from the company , I was out while my partner was in the house , I was met by a call from the delivery driver screaming and shouting down the phone , I was really taken back by how I was met on the phone it was disgusting behaviour were I responded back the way I was met by the delivery driver , she threw my food down outside my house , I rang my partner too collect the food he went and found it outside , the driver left me a voicemail saying how she didn’t know where I was getting “shouting from” after this my partner rang me , because she was in her car put her window down and was shouting with her head handing out of her car window “ your banned from ordering again “ being rude and disrespectful, the driver was screaming she was waiting 5 minutes the driver didn’t even ring the door bell which was in-front of her the whole time , which my partner told her she should have rang the door bell after the way she acted with her rude behaviour...

Ordered on just eat to hotel was called by company and told they would cancel my order if I didn't pay extra £1.50 delivery and good luck getting refund from just eat 🤬🤬

Food was excellent but wouldn't used again due to fraudulent activity of staff
