Payed for a soup for takeaway about 10 mins after they opened. Container was cold, soup was freezing, Clearly not fresh soup like it should probably have been. And not heated up. I have stomach problems which is the reason I’m eating soup in the first place and I’ve also injured myself the last couple of months so it’s not easy to make the journey down to sandwich company. I haven’t had a problem before this as they were usually quite professional. Just a pity for how much I enjoyed getting lunch there. I can’t for sure say it’s because of how I dress or my skin colour but it’s Derry so I’m well used to...
