Apache Pizza Portadown — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Placed an order through Just Eat, rang the restaurant to amend the order, I was shocked when the young lady answer the phone with "Hello" instead of "Apache Pizza" small pick of course, but somewhat unprofessional.

Roughly 50 minutes after this, we received a notification from Just Eat that our order had been dispatched and was with a courier, this restaurant uses their own drivers, so they would need to select that the order was out for delivery.

A further 25 minutes had passed since the notification, so we contacted the store, once again we were greeted with a "Hello." When asked where my order was, I was told that despite the notification 25 minutes prior, the order had not left. When asked why I had received a notification saying it had left 25 minutes before, the response was "I don't work for Just Eat," perhaps better education of how the systems work are required.

The food arrived around 10 minutes after this, the food is actually quite nice, but the chips were of low quality.

I don't think I will be ordering delivery, either directly or from a delivery partner again. I would maybe collect...

Was just at Apache pizza portadown and I have a certain complaint about the young boy that works behind the counter with blonde hair .

His arrogant and treats customers with zero respect . we waited an hour and 15 mins for food when asked about he did not even bother to make eye contact he says nothing and just walks away , when the food finally finished he had the nerve to tell the lady behind the counter ( who was very helpful and brought the food to us ) that's his " not going to bring it to them " .

I have never seen anyone that can do this to paying customers who are there most Saturday nights ( this also isn't a 1st time thing ) .

I hope that this matter can get dealt with.

Ordered pizzas by phone for collection went to collect after 25 mins only to be told its only going in oven so I waited during this time other customers wer coming in and ordering paying and after 10 mins they get there order after a further 15 mins I again ask wer is my order only again for this girl to tell me its in oven be ready shortly 10 mins later I get my order I told her this was unacceptable to which she said sorry with a smile my time is precious so if someone tells me 20 mins and after 65 mins I get my order this is unacceptable I will never order here again and will be recommending on social media to all my colleagues and friends to...
