I ordered the double cheese nacho burger, took approx 10 mins for my order to be ready, had a seat and looked at the burger, the 2 meat pattys where "White" on the outside and "White" in the middle, not like any normal meat patty ive seen in my life. I showed this to my 3 friends who also got food and we all agreed that the burger was definitely not consistent with meat patty burgers.
I brought this to attention of the very nice lady on the till, she replaced my burger.
Once the second burger was received, i looked at it again to ensure it was correct, but again "White meat", i showed this to the young lady and she ensured me this was their meat burgers and not the vegan options that they also had for sale.
Now im no chef, but i know for a fact "white beef burgers" should not exist, especially when cooked.
So i took the chance and tried this "White meat" 2nd time round and can only describe it as horrible, tasteless, processed quite frankly disgusting "meat".
I have no idea if these burgers are beyond heavily processed meat, veagn, cardboard or anything else for that matter, but i do know "white beef burgers" are plain and simply wrong and should definitely not be sold as traditional "Beef burgers"
Ive left the restaurant more confused than anything...
Read moreSoggy and lacking are the only words I can think of, there is a reason this place is nearly empty when the McD's across the road is bustling. Soggy lattice fries, soggy bread on the chicken melt (chicken inside was like rubber), buns not toasted on burgers (cheese on both not melted either), soggy hash brown, half filled milkshake....
You are doomed to fail if the McD's across the road can keep its quality standards while serving more customers per hour, than Tim Hortons Portadown seems to in an entire day and I am being kind with the numbers.
My advice for the franchisee go back to basics, its not like staff are run off their feet have them take the time to make every order perfect going forward, make quality and perfection your most talked about attribute. Because there is nothing on your menu that will entice people to your business over Mc'Ds across the road.
Even the Tesco offers decent coffee and a doughnut for not much more than a single doughnut in your establishment.
With all that said.
This was our first time here as a family and we will not be back, my Daughter was the most disappointed and she is not a picky eater, but that's enough for a parent to choose Mc'ds over THP when choosing a weekend treat...
Read moreI received a parking ticket for meadow lane Tim Hortons car park dated 27.06.25. I was supposedly 10 mins over my entitled time in the car park. I was in Tim Hortons that evening with a friend, a place we would frequently meet to have coffee and a catch up. This parking ticket only arrived yesterday in post. Leaving me today to address matters. Unfortunately no contact number for smart park Or Tim Hortons. How convenient! Unable to appeal in a timely manner as my 14 days discounted option is up due to late delivery by royal mail. I am very disappointed with recieving this as Tim Hortons is my go to coffee house frequently and my family also. We would use Tim Hortons numerous times per week. I have been a Loyal customer since my visits to Canada dating back to 20 years ago. Given that I have received this parking charge, I will no longer be a customer of Tim Hortons. My loyalty to this coffee shop has turned into a very expensive visit. Having spoken to my family about this, they too have stated they won't be returning as they are not willing to put themselves in a position of receiving a parking...
