Bob & Berts Ballymoney — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Extremely poor. It makes the Ballymena one look like it has a Michelin star.

Knife and forks all had dried food on them. Even the ones I used were scruffy as could not find clean ones Tables all have crumbs between the grooves Sofas need cleaned Coffee had a weird taste Food was poor. Bacon was dry. Egg was overcooked. Black pudding was overcooked. Bread was not fresh

If this place has a manager they need fired if they are overseeing this. If I am to go out and spend £25 for a breakfast for two, I expect it to be better than what can be cooked at home. Dirty cutlery is not acceptable whatsoever. They have a really good building and decor, it has huge potential; but I reckon the staff are taking the piss. Go to Ballymena and see...

Just left yous ordered jacket potatoe and salad and cheese … when I received it I ws so looking forward to it cut into jacket potato it ws cold so tried another bit still cold …. So took it back to staff asked for a reheat the staff member actually said she’d heated twice and it couldn’t be cold again I assured her it ws she took it to reheat on return of meal the cheese melted on top witch is good sign but the potato ws still not warm enough I’ve left half of what ws payed for this is second time I’ve been in this bob and Berts and had to ask for stuff to be reheated been in other bob and Berts with no complaints why oh why is this one’ can’t tell if food is warm enough yes could of took it back up but first response from staff...

Staff really need to listen and read the docket to how customers place an order, I ordered an Oat milk hot chocolate no cream but got cream had to wait for this to be made again, and poached eggs with toast asked for the eggs to be hard came out soft. Had to get sent back while my dad had his coffee and breakfast ate by the time I had to wait on my order being fixed. Not impressed at all especially with prices going up.
