Subway — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Used to be great friendly place but recently hasn't been that good at all! Some of the new staff (not all) have no care or interest in what they are doing, literally throwing your order together with a attitude from hell! Zero customer service skills. Broken cooler means not chilled bottles, server didn't point this out until I had paid. Overall increasingly disappointing.

(Edit) Changing this to 1 star, some members of the staff need training or shown how not to be...

I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the female server on the counter in ballymoney today . I appreciate that the store was busy at approximately 3pm, but courtesy and good manners cost nothing and the girl making up the sandwiches had neither ! I love subway & particularly the ballymoney branch. Lovely friendly service & great subs.
