Bob & Berts Cookstown — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Im not one for leaving reviews, especially a negitive review however experienced atrociously poor service unfortunately.

We sat down at a table that still had plates etc from previous customer, these remained with us for some time and eventually we removed them from the table ourselves.

When the food was served only part of our order was set down. 1 meal did not arrive correct and the the other did not arrive at all. We had waited thinking the server was coming back with the final meal (where we would ask for the other childs meal to be corrected) but noone arrived.

After 25minutes we then had to go to the counter ourselves and advise we were still waiting for food and a meal was incorrect. When the food finally arrived there was no apology. Shockingly poor service. Will not...

I paid £10 for berts loaded fries which is supposed to be a serving of fries with 2 chicken goujons with spring onions and what I got was a joke.you can count the fries that few and no onions and not worth the money.the staff just throw the food on table and run off and only time they talk to you is when the finish gossiping with their mates is to try and sell you more stuff.this place is obviously being run by teens who couldn't care less about customers or service and if you want their are plenty of better value places only a short walking...

I have ate here more than 15 times. Floor, cutlery, cups are filthy.. I love to watch others grimace over the cups. Breakfast items are the worst. Eggs are burnt and black on the bottom, but uncooked white on the top. Retraining needed. If you order a breakfast item after 1pm, you can guarantee it has been sitting there all morning. Don't get me started on the beans. After a good stir, you still better get ready to reduce the temperature of your whole meal. Perhaps if two frys didn't cost almost £20 I'd consider...
