Mandarin Buffet — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I went with a family of seven yesterday, all good until halfway through a squad of 12 louts came in roaring and shouting, obviously drunk were welcomed in. Making sexual advances at a table of what looked to be 16 year old girls and thrusting against the bannisters between their tables and the young girls...might I add they were 40+ year old men. The two female staff were too young to deal with the situation. I went up to pay for the bill early to leave (as did many other tables) and put a stern complaint that it was a disaster, men acting likes tramps shouting’ “We are so loud, we are so loud with our knickers down”...get a grip..embarrassment to your country. I was then charged a full price.. £75! Two of the plates were children under 4 might I add. Pathetically managed, any decent place would not have let them enter. A disaster of a night, won’t be back through...

So, I would put 5 stars if smth was happened today. Ok, i agree about price change after 5pm. It was just me and my doughter had a wee meal. For some reason i was reading customer notice on the wall which stated that management can charge £3 levy for food waste and things like that. So, our plates were not even full, we only wanted to have a wee meal and chat in nice place. I don't want to mention total numbers how much they charged me but even my doughter used a swear word (which she never does). Again, customer notice says "...all you can eat restaurant..." but on the till they counted every single bite of food and it sounded like deserts are paid seperately so what - £2 for slice of kiwi with chockolate from chockolate fauntain (just aliitle bit). Naaah, i'm not coming back there ever again. I hope nothing like that happens...

Food is very good. If you require it to be spicier than it is, you can have some special oil or sauce upon request. There's a notice saying that they reserve the right to apply a charge for food waste. I think this should be everywhere. Super idea. The staff are very 'matter of fact' and quite direct, to the point it may seem rude. They are really not though, they're just very busy and have no time for chit chat. Just go and enjoy, you won't be...
