Could have been better managed. Great location. The waiting staff are perhaps not getting trained by a professional and did not show that much interest in up service or selling the establishment. You could easily have sat with empties on your table. No question of being asked about the service or the food you where given. Lack of communication. Of the price it was on the higher side for a location that is not Belfast City centre. Beer was over priced by at £4 per pint. One expect this to be a price paid in the city centre pubs. Food was also on the higher side and not the normal suburban bar snacks prices, again was about 50p to £1 more expensive than other rural pubs. The Deco is somewhat tired. My seats where torn in places. The style is contemporary and still looks ok. The male WCs are in need of a complete make over. We spent the afternoon their and during this time I made use of the WC at least 3 times. No checks looked to have been carried out. The soap had all finished and it deteriorated. Upon leaving I had no real desire to return. It has a good location in a somewhat affluent area next to the University of Ulster, therefore trade should be good and investment should really show throw the staff being trained and competitive pricing with excellent atmosphere and décor. With some more improvement it could have...

certainly wont be going here again for food or drink. We were ages waiting and it was'nt busy. When the food came we were missing stuff, no staff to be found or no apologgy. I had a child that's two and she was giving a massive plate that wouldnt fit in her high chair along with a pint glass for her drink, she then spilt that drink and even after we told them they just left it there on the floor for us to stand in. The chips tasted like fish, ovbiously the oil was not changed recently. The scallops were tasteless and rubbery. No waiter or member of staff came to us during or meal to even check if things were ok. As we were away with family we asked to split the bill to pay, this was also a issue huffing and puffing and told no at first. The man which looked like a manager behind the till didn't ask either if our meal had been ok. I would advise anyone looking for some where nice to eat with good service to go else where as you will be dissapointed with this so...

Not happy with the service at all. Myself and a friend called in for a quick cuppa and some food after being at the gym. Immediately as we walked in we saw 2 members of staff talk and look directly at us as if they were talking about us, we looked to see if there was some sort of problem and they saw us look over with concern.. yet they continued to talk about us making us both very uncomfortable and like we weren't welcome. The man then comes over and asked if we were waiting on someone and what we were in for? Again which didn't help make us feel welcome. So me and my friend just left again. So rude and disgraceful customer service talking about customers blatenly under there nose and making them feel uncomfortable. I'll not be back. We're both nearly sure it was a lady manager who was doing the talking along with another guy. It's not acceptable. Youve now lost 2 loyal customers...we took ourselves elsewhere for food and be back there again. Staff need to be...

Lovely wee place! Fantastic food and great service. It's got a great atmosphere with a lot of friendly people. Just be aware that it has a 'dress code'. No jogging bottoms or baseball caps... Basically if you look like you're going to the gym... Find somewhere else.

Love love love this bar, the view over the water on a summers day whilst enjoying one of their very well made cocktails is heaven. The atmosphere with sporting events is electric and fun, and the food.....they have superb chefs. It's a must for anyone in the area.

Stopped by after taking the dogs for a run. They were welcomed into the beer garden area, which even though it runs next to a busy dual carriageway, it's fairly well shielded & not too noisy. Nice Guinness for £4:50, and the dogs enjoyed thier bowl of water
