Kinara Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Haven't been here for ages. I walked in, and as I was about to place my order I was told they only accept cash. (I have no issue with this). I ordered first then went to the atm down the road. I came back and paid for my order. Whilst I was waiting, a guy came in and asked if he could pay by card. He was told immediately, 'yes'. (I have an issue with this). I asked why I was told I had to go and get cash but they were accepting a card from the guy. The response was that the card machine 'only works sometimes'. I said it was odd that I was never even offered this option, I was just told I had to pay with cash. Then, two women came in to eat in the restaurant. They asked if they could pay by card. They were told 'no' that they had to pay with cash. (Also have an issue with this). One of the women left to get cash. Now, there is obviously something going on here. I'm not sure what, but I really think you need to treat all your customers the same. Oh, and on top of all that, they managed to get the dips wrong........Food...

My husband and I booked a table for Tuesday 4th August. We arrived on time, no hand sanitiser for customers entering the restaurant. We were seated with menus, no one came back for a drinks order until they were ready to take our food order. Ordered our drinks with the food, no one asked if I'd like a wine cooler for my wine so I asked for some ice. I ordered chicken dansak which is one of my favourite dishes as it always has a kick of spice to it. My husband ordered chicken biryane and asked for his curry sauce to be made hot. My dansak was extremely bland no spice at all and my husbands curry sauce was even blander, very dissatisfied on both dishes compared to the previous times we have eaten there. Food was 22 minutes late, called twice to enquire where the food was and they have no clue! Order placed at 2057 and arrival was meant to be 2145-2205 which was TBH already a long time.

Called the 2nd time to tell them that it still hasn't arrived yet and had the audacity to tell us "I don't know" after leaving me on hold for 9minutes!

I didn't pay the amount of money tonight only for them to tell me the ridiculous service provided where out of their hands.

Told them I want a refund and they want us to call JustEat? And was not wanting a refund over the phone. Avoid at all cost.
