I like to treat myself to a good coffee every morning, like so many others, and as it is a treat it is worth paying for the best so I have tried quite a few different coffees and venues but can find none bettter than Cafe Nero. The loyalty scheme here is excellent and even more so if you use the online system which is easy to use and reaps even better rewards. Venues also are clean, comfortable and relaxing. Give it a try and you will know exactly what I am talking about.

Nice and calm atmosphere. Good selection of vegan options. Their vegan meatball panini and salted caramel and chocolate vegan cheesecake was delicious, but MUSHROOM, TOMATO & POTATO ROSTI CIABATTA and SWEETCORN FRITTER WITH CHUTNEY & COLESLAW FLATBREAD were tasteless, don’t recommend them.

It's our first time there in Abbeycentre, terrible service from counter girls when ordering. Fooled by the looks of the new pistachio ice latte, tasteless, no pistachio flavor at all, looks no difference with our other ice latte. Not a happy experience.

Visited on the evening of the 4th March. Staff exceptionally nice customising my daughter's drink, providing a quick & pleasant service. I have to commend the actions of the 2 female staff when a customer tossed her entire tray on the table & proceeded to open a shaken fizzy drink that went everywhere! The staff helped clean up, and got new drinks even though they were being heavily criticised by the customer who caused the issue herself. I felt the staff was poorly treated, having done nothing wrong. Be kind, it...

Caffè Nero at Abbeycentre i absolutely love, great staff and alwaya great coffee! The keep it clean (most of the time) and i always have a great experience. However Caffè Nero at Botanic, jow the staff are fantastic and the seating area is always clean but by God i have never had a pleasant experience in their toilets, absolute filth, last time i visited there was an open exposed nappy all over the floor. Not pleasant, reallt lets down such a good branch and a bunch of...

Was served by a trainee batista which was grand my hot chocolate was not great but the most disappointing thing was the way another member of staff spoke to this trainee in front of customers. As a manager myself I am aware of how important the public face of a company is and I was embarrassed by her attitude towards her colleague, she even smiled at the other member of staff as if proud of her ability to belittle others. Sorry but this will make me think twice about...
