Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Awful Decaf Cappuccino.

I have always drank normal caffeinated Cappuccino's but for some reason I can not deal with caffeine any longer.

So I was busting for a wee cuppa Cappuccino and decided to hit Costa instead of cafe Nero.

After tasting the cappuccino it was like watery milk, no coffee taste what so ever, I asked for an additional shot of decaf and it made no difference, I was so disappointed, so I said to the staff I can't drink that, it's awful and left it at the counter, thanked them and went to have my wee desserts, which were lovely.

Now I did not ask for a refund and didn't cause a fuss and in all fairness to the staff they came down to me apologized again and gave me a refund, and apologized again when I left my tray up, so fair play to the staff for being nice.

Based on the Decaf Cappuccino I will never return.

My goodness a coffee shop that can't get a decaf right is a major flaw in the structure of its core business.

The staff in here are excellent, really friendly and helpful. Warm and welcoming café, easy to park up and chill out for a bit away from all the craziness👌

Just an update to say that I have travelled all done round Ireland and down through England and Wales and this is still the number one Costa 🏆

Of course one of my three favourite staff members Travis just won Barista of the year and is going on to win more championships very soon 🥇🥳

Customer service was ridiculous! Asked for Ruby chocolate frostino & light diary swirl and mint choc chip frostino & CREAM. We stood waiting on our order when the girl set down a Ruby hot chocolate! Not cold! Proceeded to wait on our other drink, girl asked do you want cream as we replied if comes with cream yes which she replied with "Do you want it or not?" Lovely reply wasn't it?
