Currently lying in A&E with what doctors are calling a “catastrophic multi-organ buffet failure.” My liver’s confused, my stomach’s in therapy, and my intestines have started a support group.
But let me be clear: the food was moderate. Not great. Not awful. Just gloriously, beautifully average.
I had six plates of warm-ish beige — slightly cold curry, noodles with the texture of damp rope, and a lasagna that tasted like ambition but not quite effort.
And yet… I’ve never felt more alive.
Was it worth it? 100%. Would I do it again? No. But also...

I was also annoyed that they only had TWO high chairs in the whole restaurant and was unable to provide high chairs for my daughters so my daughters had to sit on our knees. I do believe if you’re going to have a restaurant , especially with the prices that are charged you could at-least have a few more high chairs instead of only having two.
