Just Wow!!! Had dropped my car in locally for tyres and was recommended here while I waited. On arrival I was greated very pleasantly. I asked for poached egg on toast that was not on the set menu and an americano which was no issue for them, total £6.55. I was shown options where I can sit and eat my breakfast. While I waited in anticipation, one of the staff passing while serving other customers greated me with a friendly good morning, which is refreshing in this day and age. It was not a long wait until I received my food and coffee. The poached egg and toast looked and was mouth watering!!! Cooked to perfection on a thick slice of toasted white bread garnished with chives a few leaves and a light drizzle of what might have been chive oil. I slipped the egg off carefully and buttered my toast while popping the egg safely back on afterwards and seasoned with a small amount of salt and pepper. The thick bread surely soaks up the perfect egg yoke. For the americano I added sugar and milk, I didn't know what to expect as it did look like a strong coffee, but this is probably the best coffee I have ever tasted! Not bitter, not over powering but dare I say perfect!!! It's a shame I was here on my own and not with family to share this experience. A great excuse to come back 😉! 10 out of 10!!!! As I finished the place was a bit busier with a good atmosphere and buzz about the place.

I recently visited Middletown Coffee Co. and had an outstanding experience thanks to Ethan. His expertise in crafting beautiful rosettas was impressive, and his professionalism truly stood out. Not only did he make a fantastic coffee, but he also took the time to teach me how to make froth and brew coffee at home. His support and knowledge went above and beyond, making it one of the best coffee experiences I've ever had. As someone who has traveled extensively, this level of service was exceptional. Ethan is a true asset to Middletown Coffee Co., and I look forward to returning.

A great little coffee spot in Ballymena. Stopped here on the way to the Galgorm for a caffeine fix. Modern vibe with staff that are very friendly and know their coffee. We didn't stay for a full lunch but instead opted to try something sweet and savoury. Both the sausage and cinnamon rolls were packed with flavour. Naturally, the coffee was delicious too. Will be back here for sure.

So first time here for breakfast and my wife had raved about on as she had been several times. The place has a industrial feel inside with benches and tables but there was plenty of room. Menu is very different which is great to have something other than an Ulster fry( not that there is anything wrong with a fry) . The service was great and our order arrived extremely fast. The Eggs Benny presentation was excellent and the taste amazing. My wife had Turkish Eggs and that looked and tasted fantastic. So for a different type of breakfast, cooked wonderfully, a little bit different and great service look no further than Middletown you will not be...
