Sacha’s Bistro — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Oh dear .. Where do I start ! DON'T GO HERE... it's no more authentic italian than frozen pizza ! We went here for a celebration dinner after reading the reviews but I will never be back and nor will any of the rest of our party . The steaks were awful. A medium was presented cremated. A rare was medium and also cold which had to be sent back and heated again . Not a fresh one I might add ,! The carbonara tasted of boiled onion , apart from that it was completely bland . Spaghetti Bolognese.... don't make me laugh ! Does the chef know that authentic italian doesn't use spaghetti... its linguine ! I had to wait 10mins for them to bring parmesan , which I had to ask for , and it was cold by the time i had eaten half of it . We had to request drinks twice before they were brought to the table . Pepper sauce for the steak was brought to the table before the dinner was served, so it was freezing when the meal eventually arrived ! The chicken was over cooked and dry . We didn't even bother with deserts as by the time we had finished our meal they were closing . My overall...

Went to this place last year, it was really good, I think it was Sacha the original guy that owned it. It has changed a lot since then, the menu is totally changed and is predictable and boring. Our food took half an hour to come and we were the only ones there at the time. My wife's pasta was tasty, but my mussels were ok until I bit on a rancid one which put me off. My son's carbonara was split and tasteless, my daughter ordered chicken bites and fries. Fries tasted of fish, chicken was processed nuggets from the chippy next door. Giving a one for the pasta, but seriously...

This place is a joke if your want to be spoken to like a dog then this is the perfect place 4.8 star needs a 1 in my eyes, they are very disrespectful then lie an give different versions to the owner, never will I set foot back...
