BOBA Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Norwich

Not the most convenient location, the staff was helpful, but for someone who is not very familiar with this kind of products it seems a bit over complicated to order. I may be simple, but I had bubble tea from other places and I literally asked for "the pink/yellow/purple etc." from the picture as I don't drink this kind of tea very often and it is easier for me to look at a picture and decide what I want. First time at BOBA Bubble Tea and I ordered Brown Sugar Milk tea.The milk tea was splendid with perfect amount of sugar, and I could taste the authenticity of the tea. But the tapioca pearls was not the best, I tasted a little off when you chew on it just wished it was more chewy.Because of that I would rate it 7/10 only.But overall the staff and the whole ambiance of the cafe was so comforting and welcoming with the nice comfy decorations and seating.Highly recommend...
