Krispy Kreme Norwich Chapelfield — Restaurant in Norwich

If you don’t have people skills “Don’t work a public place serving people all day with a face like thunder!!!” This really isn’t the job for you young man. My daughter likes to go to Krispy Crème when we go to Norwich, and we always get our donut and a drink, and the staff are friendly and “Polite” (How it should be 😊), but last Wednesday there was a young man serving, on his own - he may have been afraid of his face cracking if he smiled or uttered more than 2 words strung together. We both sat down with our donuts whilst we waited for our drinks - when our drinks were ready He called out “hot chocolate and cappuccino” and put them down on the side and went back behind the counter. (there was one 1 other table in the place with four women quietly chatting) Not busy! I collected the drinks - they were both frothy and I was honestly unable, by sniffing them, to decipher which one was the Cappuccino and which one was the hot chocolate - and they were both in identical cups. I put 2 sugars into the one I thought was mine and began stirring and chatting, whilst my daughter took a sip of hers - from the look on her face I knew she had the coffee and I had just put 2 sugars into a cup of hot chocolate which now made It far too sweet. “I’ll get you another one,” I insisted , the man should have been more helpful when shouting out our order. I went over to the counter, and asked for another hot chocolate and explained what had happened. His face was more angry than before and he actually appeared to grunt, no words, no smile Disgusting...

Received bad service today at Norwich kiosk. We was having a box of three.. We chose two but as my boyfriend tried the sample the man serving moved them away. He said one per customer but as I didn't have one he only had one extra so I thought that was out of order. We didn't have the third doughnut and didnt order a coffee each. As a regular customer to the company, as it was my birthday and was in Norwich I thought I might as well claim my free birthday donuts. I was able to get the donut however the staff were rude and my mum was going to pay for one to but as soon as I asked for my birthday donut they muttered to each other and gave me a horrible look.
