Obviously all the staff here would rather be somewhere else! Ordered a sausage and bacon baguette with brown sauce. Porridge, cappuccino and a tea. The baguette was stone cold, with no sausage at all. Returned to store, and was told I'd eaten half of it! Actually I'd had 2 bites and realised there was no sausages in it. All I wanted was it warm and the sausages added. Abruptly was asked 'SUPPOSE YOU WANT ANOTHER ONE' To which I said yes please. Actually I would of settled for sausages being added, but as the staff are so rude I said yes. My fresh and hot baguette was was promptly slammed on the counter. Won't be going there again. I mainly go here for the vegan options, which are a bit hit or miss. There is often none or only one option available. Some staff are lovely but a few have been quite rude to me in the past. No customer toilets which I think is inexcusable, especially considering you can sit in and eat your food. Carpark is a pain, not many spaces and people often sit in their car to eat, which then blocks more spaces. The "hot" cabinet never has much in it when I've been, maybe some wedges if...
