We ordered the omelette bacon baguette and the sausage omelette baguette, based on the pictures displayed on your boards.

I was very disappointed to find that the food served did not resemble what was advertised. In particular, the bacon baguette was not as pictured. The bacon used was back bacon rashers rather than what was shown, the baguette and bacon themeselves were undercooked, and the omelette element was virtually non-existent.

I raised my concern with the lady at the counter, who kindly made another one for me, but it did not change much from the previous attempt. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below...

This has been my local Greggs for about 2 months now and I’ve never ever had even one issue. Their work is phoneolmel and that is not an over exaggeration. If they’re going through anything in their personal life you would never know by the way they put everything they have into their work by making sure the customer has everything they need and are happy. I come to the this Greggs since it opened. I’m always greeted with a smile and some of the employees there are amazing like Amber and Toby. They sometimes go out of their way to help and when they can’t they offer you other options and you can tell they want to serve you well. But today I was served by Anita and she was very rude and dismissive. I have the same order every weekend and it’s not the first time that she has acted that way. I understand you can get busy sometimes and I also work with service. But the costumer in my view has to be greater and served...
