Over an hour late each time, pizza cold dough tastes old. Get told its traffic at midnight... Refusing to refund for unexpectedle service and food... tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again and was just the same thing (only asked for a refund after 2nd time) Update your reply is saying you are sorry and how this is not your normal service.. but you refused to refund or have any care/respect to your customer (me) it was so late, cold, and gone all nasty, but yeah, I'm sorry, but deal with it...

Disgusting customer service! I ordered through Uber Eats and realised straight away that I hadn't updated my address. So called the restaurant to update the info. Ordered an american hot pizza via deliveroo app with 2 extra toppings, salami and meatballs, it came without them. Called a restaurant and been told that they ran out of those specific toppings.
