Subway — Restaurant in Norwich

Every time I use this store, the service is an absolute disgrace (the Esso service station on Aylsham road). The orders are almost always wrong, the manager doesn’t know how to redeem subcard rewards and just tells you ‘the system won’t allow it’ and they’re always a 3 customer queue away from a melt down. Even when they get it wrong they find a way to shift the blame onto you. Have even seen a child in their kitchens once. Complaints have been forwarded onto Subway. Worst Subway in Norwich...

Slow and rude. I could have baked the bread in less time then it take ALL their staff to make a sandwich. You have to repeat yourself many times before the staff can take on board you are asking for something from their menu or what their menu is. Under their breath comments back at you and moody looks just make the place a no go, unless you want to spend your morning there, waiting for a single sandwich, repeating yourself at least 4 times!! This is now my 3rd time I ordered from this subway as its local they have written this and given me 5 cookies instead of 1 more cadbury caramel muffin I ordered 2 of the muffins and I still got 1 as they got 1 left and make up for it they kindly given me 5 cookies so how nice they are the food is spot on for me. Definitely recommend go here as if you want Cadbury caramel muffins some of subway doesn't sell them only this store and I think Drayton Road one as...
