The Norwich Kebab & USA Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Norwich

Been a customer for 7 years, but will not be returning. Used to be the best place for kebab and pizza. Unfortunately of late if has take a dramatic nose dive not only with service but quality. Last 3 orders had items missing, had to call and sort out with one of the times hearing staff in the background disputing they messed up. My last order was a mixed kebab, but the food did not match the description. They used to be packed full of different meats but not this time, some over cooked lumps if chicken nothing else no other kebab meat was definitely not as on the menu. Absolutely terrible experience tonight. Kebabs came with completely wrong salad and sauce. Manager refused to resend kebabs said we could have new salad and sauce. Fried chicken was gooey and cold because they clever people packing the order had put a freezing cold can of drink in the bag with the food. Told the manager that I wanted him to sort it out or I wouldn’t be ordering again. He told me he wouldn’t do anything and if I don’t want to order again then I shouldn’t bother. Terrible service, bad food. Rude idiot at the end of the phone. Can shove their cold chicken and incorrect kebabs right up...

I have used Norwich Kebab for 3 years and its definitely my go-to takeout! The chicken doner and grilled chicken kebabs are cooked well and are tasty, and the sides are always cooked to perfection.

Delivery is always nice and quick, and the delivery speed does not affect the food’s temperature or quality in any way, always hot and fresh from the kitchen to my door.

I have recommended this takeout to my friends and family for a few years now and always hear good things from them too!

I will continue to order from Norwich Kebab! 100% the best...
