There was a metallic object in my previous order. Ill happily share the picture which I sent her. The owner was apologetic and offered a free dish as a sorry which I accepted. I ordered, meal arrived late and slightly warm. I was charged £26.50 for a chicken curry, special fried rice and chicken balls with a supposed 'complimentary' kung po chicken....all very slightly warm. Sorry...in the bin. We've used this takeaway for years. Over the last year though the service has gone completely downhill. Three times in a row now we've been left waiting in the takeaway for up to 45 minutes after the time we were given to pick the food up. We've been surrounded by a large group of customers in the same boat as us. The manager refuses to come out to discuss the issue, leaving the poor staff to face the increasingly frustrated and irate customers. Tonight I phoned nearly 2 hours prior to the agreed pick up time.
