The fun began at 7.20 when we arrived for our 7.30 booking to celebrate a good friends birthday, it turned out to be one of the funniest nights out ever. We grabbed a bottle of wine to start with and tried to work out which of the 2 different menus we'd been given was the right one. We also asked for 2 lime and soda waters for our 2 drivers. These came 40 minutes later which was a little long really. The table water we ordered also took an age to come, I mean the water came followed 10 mins later by 3 glasses (which were still warm from the dish washer) the 4 glass came 5 mins after that. We ordered a cold and hot plate sharing platter and 4 main meals. An hour and a half later our starter arrived, but we were the lucky ones! The table who ordered before us was still waiting with no food. The food was excellent, it really was. Later we saw a customer opening a bottle of wine for her table, maybe self service is the way forward. Our mains arrived at 9.30 a whole 2 hours from arrival, well, most of them arrived. The 4th main was missing which didn't seem to mystify the staff the staff as much as us. After chasing and another 20 mins it came, though we did have to remind them what we were waiting for. Then another 4th main meal arrived with a different server, followed closely by the 3rd. 6 meals for a table of 4 would have made me think something was up! We were uniquely positioned to see the carnage so witnessed £100's coming off people's bills and a member of staff walk out at 9.45. We were also there when Cher walked in, I wonder how her meal went? So we never did get all of our food if you see a portion of fries, beans or salad with no owner, they are ours. We asked for the bill which started at £154 and included 5 main meals. We amended it to £25 each, paid and left.

First time going here today after opening thinking i should give it a try after trying multiple times already other turkish restaurants around and what a disappointment!!! From the door no costumer service at all helping my mrs to push buggy up some stairs to enter the restaurant, then no high chair which means somehow we needed to try to eat and entertain baby at same time to keep quiet safely because there was nowhere to sit baby down which is a first!! Every restaurant in my life that i went to had a high chair because obviously many many many couples in the world go to restaurants but with kids/babys because have no one to leave them with/ or like our case we like to tske baby to restaurants with us so he could start from very early different flavours The mains we had was in the whole meal the only good moment we had in this whole meal!! Amazing prawns!! Everything else was disappointing, no flavour, horrible drinks We wont be back again its a shame for a restaurant that only opened not long ago!! And other thing: on window theres a promise of 20% off on the bill until 29th January which you go in thinking on the end 20% isnt much but youll have discount and nothing!!! No discount at all Manager just gave a excuse and again rushed me away to pay and goodbye Horrible costumer service

I’ve visited this restaurant twice now, and both times have been absolutely wonderful experiences. The service is consistently warm and friendly; everyone who works there is polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The food is delicious and generously portioned, making every meal feel like great value. One thing I love is that they serve a free, tasty starter before you even place your order—a lovely touch that sets a positive tone for the meal. One of my visits was on Mother’s Day, and a staff member, whom I believe is the owner, went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised my family and me with an extra-special starter and gifted us a selection of generous, delicious desserts on the house. It truly made the occasion memorable. I’ve attached images of all the free gifted starters and desserts. The way the food is made and presented shows that a lot of effort goes into every dish. The restaurant's hygiene is also well-maintained, which contributes to the overall great experience. The food was also served in a reasonably time, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food, amazing hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere!

I would not recommend dining at this establishment, as it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. Initially, we were greeted by the manager, AJ, who showed us to our table outside. Our server, a lovely waitress, promptly brought us the menus, and we ordered a bottle of wine. However, the manager unexpectedly intervened and took over pouring the wine, which struck me as unnecessary.

We ordered several starters along with the mixed grill kebab for two, requesting that all dishes be served together for sharing. The starters arrived quickly and were quite tasty, although the prawns appeared to be frozen rather than fresh. Unfortunately, the mixed grill did not arrive with the starters. After waiting for about 15 minutes with no sign of our main course and our plates still uncleared, I inquired if the kebab had been prepared, as we had other plans. The manager assured us it was already being cooked.

However, another five minutes passed with no sign of our main course or cleared plates. We decided to request the bill and asked for the mixed grill to be packed to go. When I went inside to settle the bill, I witnessed an alarming incident where the manager, AJ, was shouting at the waitress, threatening her job and behaving in an extremely unprofessional manner. I quietly mentioned to him that such behavior is not appropriate and suggested he speak to his employees with more respect in the future. His response was an apology, but nothing more.

As we were waiting for our food to be packed, the waitress expressed her concern about being shouted at again if we tried to assist her, which was quite troubling. Upon leaving, I saw the manager once more berating the waitress, which compelled me to return inside to address the situation. I calmly explained that no one should be treated like this in the workplace, and that his behavior was particularly concerning as it involved degrading a female employee in front of customers.

The manager, however, responded by shouting at me, dismissing my concerns, and accusing me of complaining simply because I didn’t want the mixed grill, despite the fact that I had already paid for it. It was only then that I asked to speak to the person in charge, at which point the owner intervened. I explained what had occurred, and while the owner offered a free meal as compensation, I declined, emphasizing that my primary concern was ensuring the manager did not continue to treat staff this way.

As I left, the waitress, who was visibly upset, shared that the manager had threatened to fire her and withhold her pay. She also mentioned that he frequently shouted at her and took the cash tips for himself. The waitress requested to leave with us as she no longer felt safe working her shift. I left my contact information with the owner and expressed hope for a resolution to this incident. If no action is taken, I will consider pursuing this matter further.

To make matters worse, when we finally got home with our mixed grill, it was far from worth the nearly £40 we paid—there was very little meat, and the dish...

We visited here last night for our wedding anniversary. We had booked a late table as we were going to the theatre and eating afterwards. When booking, on the phone, I was not informed that there was a very large party happening which might cause issues with our reservation. When we arrived we were sat right next to the bar and there were lots of waiting staff available, but no one came to take our drinks order for quite some time, and when they did I was told we were not able to order cocktails because of the large booking upstairs. I didn't really understand this as the bar was fully stocked, but I ordered a different drink anyway. After double checking the gluten free options (I am coeliac) we eventually managed to order our food. By this time it was around 9.50pm (we had sat down around 9.25pm). Our waitress brought bread and dips, and I asked if there was an option for me, and she did kindly bring some carrot sticks so I could have a nibble. We were then sat waiting for around 35 minutes at which point we were starting to worry. No one had come to apologise or tell us our food was coming soon, and we started to think we might need to go elsewhere (although options are limited at that time). We witnessed some other people leaving angrily as their food had apparently not come. We asked and were reassured the food would be out in 5 minutes. Actually around 15 minutes later (50 minutes after ordering, at 10.40pm) we were served our main courses, not our starters. We were told the starters were still coming but ten minutes later (when my husband had already eaten his main) they had not arrived and he told the staff to cancel the starters as to be honest we were tired and a bit fed up at this point. The food was fine although nothing out of this world. We got the bill and paid for what we had had and left by about 11.05pm. The final waitress we spoke to when paying the bill did apologise and told us it was the kitchen that was understaffed and it had been like this all day, but that wasn't really our problem and we felt that more could have been done (keeping us updated, offering us a complimentary drink, or even, dare I say, letting us know how things were when we arrived so we had the option to go elsewhere!!) Anyway, super disappointing, not at all what we expected or wanted for a rare...

The Worst worst experience ever in my life!!! Too bad google system won’t let me give zero star!!!!!!!!!! Went in around 7:30pm tonight for 5 ppl. Ordered the food, starter arrived at 8pm fair enough. We ordered sea food mix and 3/4 ppl mix grill to share between all of us. The seafood grill arrived 40 mins later. But the funny thing is that the waitress serving the food doesn’t even know what the food is? She literally was holding the plates of food going to every single table asking customer is this your food??? But she doesn’t even know what food she is holding??!!! After another 1 hour wait I went downstairs to check where is our mixed grill order. Apparently the chef has cooked it but the server has delivered it to another table. They said they will recook it again so fair enough. Another 10-15 mins the manger came up to us saying it’s nearly done and saying sorry about the wait etc. BUT but but 2 mins later another gentlemen server came to us saying the kitchen chef refuse to cook our order cuz he said he cooked it already and don’t care about the server delivering it wrong!!! Not his problem apparently. So he advise us to leave and no point waiting cuz he won’t be cooking it. First time ever to leave a restaurant in this condition. Also the manager, server and kitchen chef is still arguing about the order till the end. So we are definitely not getting our order. No joke.

But if you love the HELLS KITCHEN atmosphere then go ahead experience it. It will not let you down for sure 😅

Also false information of ‘LIVE MUSIC’ upstairs with karaoke but it was only music playing. Microphone don’t work and the music is way too loud that you can’t hear your friends talking. Already seen the ppl next to our table left a few cuz of the long wait. I must admit the food is decent but the wait and service is appalling. Would never go back. I do want to give the gentlemen server a 10/10 of his honesty telling us to better off go somewhere...
